Hard to believe it's been two years since the amazing educational trip to Italy.
Here are a couple of new salvaged denim projects I’ve created so far this year. All the denim used comes from recycled sources or slightly damaged donated denim yardage.
When I couldn’t find a good laptop sleeve for my new machine, I made one myself.
This damaged denim jacket becomes an even better one-of-a-kind piece with the addition of fabric from old jeans, hem scraps, and a bit of leather.

I have been using the same style Baggallini Messenger Bag for about a decade. I've gone through about 3 of them in that time and still have a black one that works perfectly fine, but I was getting a little tired of always caring around the same bag. I haven't been able to find another commuter bag that has all the right pockets in all the right places for grab-and-go while on the move so I decided it was time to make my own.
